Quarter-sawn Highly Figured Claro Walnut Luthier Blank: 1 1/2" thick x 12 11/16" to 15 7/8" wide x 36" length. Spectacular Claro Walnut Musical Instrument/Furniture blank. This blank is 99.9% blemish free and air dried to 8% moisture content. The template picture as well as one of the boomatched pictures were shot dry with no finish applied; the dampened pictures were taken using alcohol. The bookmatched pictures were included to diplay what this extraordinary blank would look like if it were matched - for musical instrument or furniture applications.
