Presentation Grade Bastogne Walnut Rifle Blank - Dry: 2 1/2" Thickness x 5" to 9 1/4" Wide x 36 3/4" Long. The yellow/olive green colors displayed in this bastogne blank are not often seen. This blank has been air dried to 8% moisture content and is 100% blemish free in the template area and 99.9% clear overall. There is a very small rough sawn area easily seen on one side. On a scale of 1 to 5 in grading bastogne for hardness, five rating the hardest, this blank rates 5. The dampened pictures were taken using alcohol and the template shots are displayed dry with no finish applied.
