          This solid Claro Walnut Burl Cigar Humidor was created by Charles Hammett. Charles has been a cigar aficinado long enough to realize he needed a premium quality humidor. He was disappointed by what he saw as very expensive, well made boxes, covered with very thin veneer. He chose instead to create his own, tailored to his smoking preferences. The dimensions are: 18" wide by 12" deep by 8" in height. The spectacular Claro Walnut Burl used in this project came from a single slab provided by California Walnut Designs. Charles surfaced, then finished the plank to 3/4" thickness, and cut it into it's component parts. Our thanks to Charles for sharing this polished masterpiece.
